Meet Dr. Tara

After more than 16 years of practicing dentistry, Dr. Tara is excited to bring her passion for caring for patients and their smiles to the new Century Farms development in Antioch, TN. Dr. Tara values integrity and respect and believes this is the key to building lasting relationships with patients and the community.

Dr. Tara received her B.S. in Biology from Clark Atlanta University and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. Dr. Tara then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Michigan Hospital located in Ann Arbor, MI. She has also acquired membership in various dental associations and societies.

Dr. Tara has vast experience working in public health dentistry as well as private practice and her goal is to create a dental experience that makes every patient feel comfortable.

When Dr. Tara is not busy staying up-to-date on the most current practices in the field of dentistry, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children and her Frenchie--Bella Rose.

Kathy, RDA

Kathy brings over 45 years of experience of skill in clinical dentistry. Kathy will help you in all phases of your care and can answer questions regarding your treatment.

Fun facts: Kathy adores her dog, Cash, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking.

LaToya works directly with Dr. McDuffey as an expanded function dental assistant. LaToya brings over 15 years of skill to the field of clinical dentistry.

Fun Facts: LaToya enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, boxing and drawing.

Shelby is our friendly and helpful front desk lead. Shelby has many years of experience in customer service, insurance and billing.
